Get Reverse orb and elite items (51-56level), pick up items To get reverse orb u need to be in between level(Archlord Gold) 51-56. Go to asylum and find ignatus.(level 51 boss) Get a group within the level range. Best party will be to have a magic user as leader, to acquire Health Point buff,and 4 Knights using shields. We think its on all elementals with level(Archlord Gold) 36 - 40. And someone know its posible drop this ring from the gold mobs. As far as we know the elite accessory only drops from elemental mobs and when looking for each item it has a level requirement, kill elemental mobs around that level. It has like a 0.01 % drop unofficially said from a GM, nothing official. You can grind for 3 years without getting anything, or you can get one on your first kill. Oh and they go for 600-1500 million gold.

Lol guys iam grinding since 1 moth and 2 weeks now for Pargon Ring and Darila and Karkaen necky. We got level(Buy Archlord Gold) 3 Lucky prayer (+15% Droprate) and Lucky charm (+50% Droprate) = 65% Droprate but we did not get anything so far. We have also farm a longe time by Green Poison Moth but we do not drop any Unique ring or necklace. And it is realy hard to farm by them because they make 200+ poison dmg , but when they hit us with normal attack they make only 1 dmg. We hope we will drop anytime one unque ring or necklace.
